At Paisabazaar, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our B2B business vertical. You will be managing DSAs and B2B partners, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities: Identify, acquire, and manage a network of DSAs and B2B partners. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration and customer acquisition. Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis to identify growth opportunities and address challenges. Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team of DSAs and B2B partners. Set clear performance goals and expectations, and provide regular feedback and coaching. Motivate and inspire the team to achieve targets and maintain high levels of productivity. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions to optimize sales processes and increase efficiency. Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including lenders, partners, and internal teams.
