Locations: On-site – Hyderabad & ChandigarhJob Type: Freelance (4 Months, Extendable/Convertible to Full-Time)Experience: 2 – 5 YearsStipend: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per monthAre you passionate about teaching Data Structures & Algorithms and making a real impact on students' careers? We’re looking for experienced DSA Mentors skilled in C++ and Python for a 4-month freelance opportunity, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance.Key Responsibilities:Conduct offline (on-site) classes on DSA using C++ and Python.Mentor students in understanding logic, writing optimized code, and solving interview-level problems.Design and share assignments, quizzes, and hands-on coding challenges.Guide students preparing for tech interviews and competitive programming.Provide regular performance feedback and support.Collaborate with the academic team to refine curriculum and improve outcomes.✅ Requirements:2–5 years of teaching or technical mentorship experience (offline preferred).Strong command over C++ and Python, with excellent DSA skills.Deep knowledge of concepts like recursion, DP, trees, graphs, backtracking, etc.Experience with coding platforms like LeetCode, HackerRank, Codeforces, etc.Good communication and classroom engagement skills.Ability to teach in structured, interactive, and student-friendly ways.🎓 Eligibility:B.Tech/B.E./MCA or related degree in Computer Science or Engineering.Prior experience mentoring students for coding interviews or competitive programming is a plus.Strong personal coding profile is desirable (e.g., GitHub, LeetCode, Codeforces handles).🌟 What We Offer:Freelance contract for 4 months (starting immediately).Monthly payout of ₹40,000–₹50,000.Opportunity to work in a structured classroom setup (Hyderabad/Chandigarh).Full-time role possible after 4 months based on performance and student feedback.Collaborative environment with an impact-driven EdTech team.
