Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a DSA Mentor located in Karur. The DSA Mentor will be responsible for guiding and mentoring students in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), preparing and delivering lessons, assessing student progress, and providing feedback. The role also involves conducting coding sessions, solving doubts, and preparing students for technical interviews. The mentor will work closely with the FACE Prep team to enhance the overall learning experience of students.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms
• Experience in teaching or mentoring students in DSA
• Excellent problem-solving and coding skills
• Ability to deliver clear and engaging lessons
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with coding platforms and technical interview processes
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in tech roles is a plus
• Ability to inspire and motivate students
