Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for the position of DSA Faculty. The DSA Faculty will develop and deliver structured lessons covering Data Structures and Algorithms, ensuring an interactive and engaging learning experience. Responsibilities include creating and updating course materials, mentoring students in problem-solving and coding practices, conducting assessments, and guiding students for interviews related to software and tech jobs.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and problem-solving techniques
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience in mentoring and guiding tech aspirants in interviews and coding tasks
• Ability to create course content and learning materials
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Prior teaching or training experience in DSA or related technical topics will be advantageous
