Job Summary:

Drupal Tester

Key Responsibilities:

Perform
manual and automated testing
of Drupal websites and applications.
Validate
functionalities, modules, and workflows
developed on Drupal.
Create, review, and execute
test plans, test cases, and test scripts
.
Conduct
cross-browser and cross-device testing
to ensure compatibility.
Identify, document, and track defects using standard bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure product quality.
Validate
API integrations, security aspects, and performance testing
of Drupal applications.
Provide
test reports and quality metrics
to stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, frameworks, and standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience in
software testing
, with at least
2+ years in Drupal application testing
.
Strong knowledge of
Drupal CMS architecture, modules, and workflows
.
Hands-on experience with
manual testing techniques
(functional, regression, integration, UAT).
Experience in
automation testing
tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) – good to have.
Knowledge of
API testing
tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
Familiarity with
Agile/Scrum methodologies
.
Strong understanding of
SDLC & STLC processes
.
Good communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have:

Exposure to
CI/CD pipelines
and DevOps practices.
Experience with
performance testing tools
(e.g., JMeter).
Basic knowledge of
PHP, MySQL, and web technologies
for Drupal debugging.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
