Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Drone Instructor for a full-time, on-site role located in Tamil Nadu, India. The role involves training individuals in drone piloting and aerial technology, developing tailored training materials, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols during drone operations. The instructor will also support the organization in staying updated with the latest advancements in drones and UAVs, contribute to research projects, and guide participants through practical and theoretical learning sessions on drone handling and operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Drone Piloting, UAV operation, and maintaining flight control systems
• Experience in Aerial Photography and understanding of multi-purpose applications of drones
• Strong knowledge of drones and their functionality, with the ability to conduct practical demonstrations
• Excellent communication and instructional skills to train and mentor participants effectively
• Technical aptitude to troubleshoot and maintain drone systems
• Prior teaching or training experience is an advantage
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in aviation, engineering, or related fields is preferred
• Passion for innovation and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
