Job Description

Job Summary: The Driving School Instructor is responsible for providing professional driving instruction and road safety training to students. The role ensures that learners acquire the skills, knowledge, and confidence required to operate vehicles safely and responsibly in accordance with traffic rules and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct practical and theoretical driving lessons for learners as per the driving school curriculum. Demonstrate safe driving techniques and traffic rule compliance during training sessions. Assess students’ driving skills and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Ensure that all training vehicles are maintained in safe working condition. Keep accurate records of student progress, attendance, and test results. Prepare students for RTO driving tests and assist them with license application procedures. Educate learners on vehicle maintenance basics, defensive driving, and road safety awareness. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism during training sessions. Report any vehicle issues or accidents immediately to the management. Stay updated on new traffic laws, vehicle technologies, and safety regulations.
