Driver

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Driver to join our team at Purackal Honda. The Driver will be responsible for transporting customers, staff, and vehicles to various locations, ensuring safe and timely deliveries and pick-ups, and assisting with showroom operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive showroom vehicles to transport customers, staff, and motorcycles to specified locations.
• Ensure the safe delivery and collection of two-wheeler vehicles between the showroom, service centers, customers, and other related locations.
• Assist in loading and unloading motorcycles during deliveries or service-related trips.
• Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to traffic rules and safety regulations at all times.
• Inspect and maintain the vehicle, ensuring it is clean, well-maintained, and ready for use.
• Ensure timely arrival and departure based on scheduled trips and appointments.
• Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or maintenance needs promptly to the management team.
• Assist customers with any inquiries during transport or delivery, providing a high level of customer service.
• Help with moving and parking motorcycles within the showroom or parking areas.
• Keep track of fuel levels, mileage, and other vehicle-related records.
• Follow the showroom's schedule and assist in other duties, including occasional local errands or deliveries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a showroom, dealership, or similar environment.
• Ability to operate and maintain motorcycles and four-wheel vehicles.
• Knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Basic understanding of motorcycle handling, maintenance, and safety.
• Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work various hours if required.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and servicing.
• Previous experience working in an automotive showroom or dealership.
