A driver or chauffeur in a hotel setting plays a crucial role in ensuring guests have a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Here are some key responsibilities and requirements:

Job Title: Driver/Chauffeur

Reports To: Travel Desk/Transportation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Guest Transportation: Transport guests to and from the hotel or resort, ensuring their safety and comfort.

- Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the vehicle clean, both interior and exterior, and ensure it's in good working condition. Perform routine checks and report any issues.

- Customer Service: Provide excellent service, answering guest queries, and handling special requests.

- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and guest interactions.

- Safety and Security: Ensure guest safety while traveling and adhere to traffic regulations.

Requirements:

- Valid Driver's License: Excellent driving skills with a clean record.

- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality.

- Knowledge: Good understanding of local traffic rules, routes, and hotel services.

- Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.

Essential Qualities:

- Professionalism: Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor.

- Punctuality: Ensure timely arrivals and departures.

- Attention to Detail: Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained.
