Are you passionate about building high-performance delivery teams and shaping the future of sustainable logistics?

We’re looking for a Driver Operations Manager to lead the hiring, onboarding, and day-to-day management of our 3-wheeler EV driver cum delivery executive operations across Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu.

What you’ll own:

* End-to-end driver recruitment and onboarding

* Training and performance management of delivery executives

* Fleet utilization, route planning, and operational compliance

* Driver engagement, retention, and incentive programs

What we’re building: A tech-enabled, customer-first logistics network powered by electric vehicles and driven by operational excellence.

Location: Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, and key Tier 2 hubs

Sector: Last-mile logistics | EV | Hyperlocal delivery
