Job Description

Driver cum Admin Work Helper to support the campus administration team. This role involves driving campus vehicles for official purposes and assisting with various administrative and logistical tasks on campus. Key Responsibilities: Driving Duties: Safely operate campus vehicles for transporting staff and visitors. Deliver and collect official documents, parcels, or supplies as required. Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition. Maintain accurate vehicle logs and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly. Follow traffic rules and campus driving policies at all times. Administrative Support: Assist with office-related administrative tasks Support in inventory management, office supplies distribution, and procurement tasks. Basic knowledge of electrifications. Assist with minor maintenance or facility-related tasks as assigned. Requirements:· Valid driving license. · Minimum 3 to 5 years of safe driving experience. · Familiarity with local routes and campus environment (preferred). · Basic knowledge of office tools (photocopier, computer for data entry, etc.). · Good communication skills and a helpful attitude. · Physically fit and willing to carry out manual tasks.
