Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Drilling Supervisor based at site. The Drilling Supervisor will oversee daily drilling operations, ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and coordinate with the drilling engineering team. Responsibilities include supervising drill site staff, monitoring drilling progress, maintaining drilling equipment, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring the completion of drilling activities within the scheduled timeframe.

Qualifications

• Completion, Petroleum Engineering
• Strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work well within a team and manage cross-functional collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 20 years of experience in a supervisory role in the drilling industry is preferred
