We are hiring Drawing Coordinator for a leading Construction Company Key Responsibilities Must be experience in GFC collection and issuing Able to work on shop drawing collection Able to do changes in internal drawings across projects Able to do followup with architects and vendors for drawings Design and Planning: Develop architectural plans, specifications, and layouts for buildings, considering various factors like structural integrity, safety, and functionality. Analysis and Evaluation: Review blueprints, designs, and existing structures to identify potential problems, optimize designs, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards. Building Systems: Design and analyze building systems like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection, ensuring they are efficient, safe, and sustainable. Construction Oversight: Monitor construction progress, conduct site visits, and ensure that construction activities adhere to the design plans and safety regulations. Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to achieve project goals and ensure a smooth and efficient construction process. Interpreting Design Specifications: Draughtsmen interpret sketches, layouts, and specifications to create accurate and detailed drawings. Revisions and Updates: They revise and update drawings based on client feedback and project changes. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve design or construction issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. Documentation: They assist in preparing project documentation and reports.
