Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Draftsman located in Thane. The Draftsman will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans based on specifications and calculations. Tasks include preparing architectural designs, reviewing engineering drawings, collaborating with architects and engineers, and ensuring all designs comply with relevant regulations and standards. The role also involves making necessary adjustments based on feedback and conducting site visits as required. Qualifications Proficiency in CAD software and other drafting tools Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles Attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to interpret and apply construction codes and regulations Relevant experience in the construction industry Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field Ability to work on-site and conduct site visits
