Job Description

We are hiring skilled DPDPA Specialists to join our organization. The Data Protection Specialist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with DPDP Act, developing and implementing data protection policies and procedures, and conducting risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities. .

Work Closely with Client stakeholders to assess Privacy posture, identify gaps and provide remediations.

Monitor data processing activities to ensure compliance with data protection laws and regulations.

Provide training to employees on data protection best practices.

Design and Implement Data principal rights management process and tools.

Work with tech and compliance teams to ensure compliance with data protection laws such as GDPR and DPDPA.

Stay up-to-date on data protection laws and regulations and make recommendations for updates to policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in information technology , data protection or information security or relevant domain.
Good understanding of data protection laws and regulations
Good understanding of business process and Privacy Controls
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with discretion

Open to Travel

These positions are based in HQ (Sector-142, Noida) and is Work from office only
