Your role will involve demonstrating a strong understanding of event-driven and microservices architecture, as well as SOLID design principles, Dependency Injection, and event sourcing. Additionally, you will be expected to write automated unit tests using NUnit/XUnit and implement mocking frameworks. Your hands-on development skills should encompass automated testing, continuous integration, and Git source control. You will play a key role in driving and delivering assigned tasks independently, while also proactively seeking opportunities for process automation and developing innovative utilities to support it. **Key Responsibilities:** - Extensive experience in developing enterprise applications using .Net, .Net Core, and C# - Strong understanding of event-driven and microservices architecture - Proficiency in SOLID design principles, Dependency Injection, and event sourcing - Writing automated unit tests using NUnit/XUnit and utilizing mocking frameworks - Knowledge of BDD using Specflow - Experience in distributed application development using middleware technologies like MQ, Solace, or Kafka - Hands-on development skills in automated testing, continuous integration, and Git source control - Driving and delivering assigned tasks independently - Initiating automation of processes and developing innovative utilities **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in investment banking or financial industry, or knowledge of investment banking and/or trading - REST API development using Asp .Net Core - Knowledge of Document Database No SQL (Mongo DB or Document DB) - Familiarity with Docker, Openshift, or Kubernetes - Understanding of Agile SDLC concepts and methodologies like Scrum/Kanban Please note that this is a Contract to Hire position based in Pune with a Hybrid mode of work.
