Senior / Lead .NET Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications using

  .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC

• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and enforce best practices in software engineering.
• Architect solutions and contribute to technology roadmaps and decision-making.
• Optimize database performance by writing efficient

  T-SQL scripts

  , stored procedures, indexing, and tuning techniques.
• Modernize legacy applications and lead the

  migration to latest technologies

  and frameworks.
• Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and UI/UX designers to understand requirements and convert them into scalable solutions.
• Ensure high standards of quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code coverage.
• Participate in

  Agile/Scrum

  ceremonies and promote a DevOps culture within the team.
• Document technical designs, architecture, and workflows.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in developing web applications using

  .NET Core

  ,

  ASP.NET MVC

  , and

  C#

  .
• Strong experience in

  SQL Server

  development and performance tuning.
• Experience with

  JavaScript, HTML, CSS

  , and any front-end frameworks is a plus (e.g., Angular/React).
