Senior/Lead Dotnet Dev About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior / Lead .NET Developer who can take ownership of end-to-end software development. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering high-performance applications. As a technical lead, youll mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable, secure, and modern enterprise-grade solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC , C# , and SQL Server . Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and enforce best practices in software engineering. Architect solutions and contribute to technology roadmaps and decision-making. Optimize database performance by writing efficient T-SQL scripts , stored procedures, indexing, and tuning techniques. Modernize legacy applications and lead the migration to latest technologies and frameworks. Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and UI/UX designers to understand requirements and convert them into scalable solutions. Ensure high standards of quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code coverage. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and promote a DevOps culture within the team. Document technical designs, architecture, and workflows. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 6+ years of hands-on experience in developing web applications using .NET Core , ASP.NET MVC , and C# . Strong experience in SQL Server development and performance tuning. Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS , and any front-end frameworks is a plus (e.g., Angular/React). Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is highly desirable. Proficient in design patterns , clean coding practices , and SOLID principles . Experience with CI/CD pipelines , version control systems (e.g., Git), and automated testing. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in mentoring or leading a team is preferred.
