Dot Net Developer

As a .NET Developer with 1-3 years of experience, your role will involve creating top-quality applications, managing an assigned team to ensure code quality, and overseeing junior staff to meet standards. You will be responsible for designing and building application layers, ensuring optimal performance, and writing test-backed server-side code. Additionally, you will analyze requirements, design new functionality, and support existing features while selecting the most suitable technologies for each application. To excel in this role, you should have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and prior experience as a developer. Proficiency in coding using .NET languages such as C# and VB.NET is essential, along with familiarity with the .NET framework MVC.NET. Experience in web application development using .NET MVC 4.0/4.5, C#, Entity Framework, as well as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and jQuery, is required. Knowledge of technologies like Bootstrap, AngularJS, ReactJS, SQL Server, MYSQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and web API is preferred. You should have a good understanding of multi-tier architecture application development, C#, .NET 4.5+ or .NET Core, and database design principles. Experience with Entity Framework 6, EF Core, NHibernate, ADO.NET, dependency injection patterns, writing tests with NUnit, XUnit, MSTest, and implementing enterprise application patterns will be beneficial. Familiarity with Kendo UI, DevExpress, Syncfusion, source controls like Git, TFS, SVN, and task management tools like Jira, DevOps, as well as deployment in Azure or AWS, is also desirable. In addition to technical skills, soft skills are crucial for this role. You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptability, perseverance, and a strong work ethic. Understanding business objectives, maintaining confidentiality, collaborating effectively, and being a self-motivated team player are essential qualities. Proficiency in MS Office, multitasking abilities, task prioritization skills, and professionalism are key attributes required to succeed in this position. This is a full-time, permanent role with a 5-day workweek based at Plot no. 968, Sector-82, JLPL Industrial Area, Mohali, Punjab (140306).
