As a .NET Developer with 1-3 years of experience, your role will involve creating top-quality applications, managing an assigned team to ensure code quality, and overseeing junior staff to meet standards. You will be responsible for designing and building application layers, ensuring optimal performance, and writing test-backed server-side code.
