Donor Relations Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Donor Relations Specialist located in Ernakulam. As a Donor Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with donors, coordinating donor communications, and managing annual giving campaigns. Your role will involve identifying potential donors, conducting outreach, and ensuring donor satisfaction through excellent customer service. Additionally, you will prepare reports on philanthropic activities and track donor contributions to support the organization's goals. To excel in this role, you should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills. Experience in Annual Giving and Donor Relations will be beneficial, along with knowledge of Philanthropy and fundraising principles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with strong organizational and time management skills. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field is required. Experience working with NGOs or in the nonprofit sector is considered a plus.
