Domestic Recruitment Lead

Job Summary:

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters for domestic staffing (IT/Non-IT).
• Assign daily/weekly targets and monitor performance metrics (submissions, interviews, closures).
• Interact with clients/hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Review and screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and guide recruiters on sourcing strategies.
• Utilize job portals like Naukri, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn, and internal ATS for sourcing.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
• Coach and train recruiters on industry trends, sourcing techniques, and negotiation skills.
• Maintain candidate database, pipeline reports, and weekly dashboards.
• Participate in recruitment drives, job fairs, and walk-ins if required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in

• Strong understanding of recruitment life cycle and sourcing strategies.
• Experience in both IT and Non-IT domestic hiring preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving closure targets and building high-performing teams.
• Hands-on with job boards, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and Excel reporting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in vendor management or client coordination.
• Knowledge of compliance and labor laws related to recruitment.
• Exposure to recruitment automation tools is a plus.
