Role Overview

Domestic IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Handle
end-to-end domestic IT recruitment
including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
Work closely with
hiring managers and stakeholders
to understand technical and business requirements
Source candidates using
job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
Screen candidates for
technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment
Coordinate and schedule technical and managerial interviews
Maintain
accurate recruitment data and reports
Manage multiple open positions simultaneously and meet
defined TATs
Build and maintain a strong
candidate pipeline
for current and future needs
Ensure a positive
candidate experience
throughout the hiring process
