Oracle WebCenter Content Management (WCC) Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for 

  Oracle WebCenter Content Management (WCC)

   applications.
• Support and manage 

  HR data

  , including employee files and records.
• Maintain and support 

  Policies & Practices

   documentation with proper versioning and access control.
• Support 

  Deal Sheet workflows

   and other approval-based document workflows.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management in line with SLAs.
• Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance for sensitive HR and business documents.
• Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to support content-related processes.
• Perform root cause analysis and support minor configuration changes and enhancements.
• Maintain operational and support documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on experience in 

  Oracle WebCenter Content Management

  .
• Experience supporting 

  HR document management systems

   and employee data.
• Knowledge of 

  policies, procedures, and compliance documentation

  .
• Strong experience with 

  workflow support

  , including approval and document lifecycle processes.
• Good understanding of Oracle ERPrelated content management processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a 

  remote support environment

  .
