Role & responsibilities

Good communication Skills.
•    Need to have knowledge on End-to-End Recruitment Cycle.•    Handling full recruitment life cycle. (Managing recruiting process from requisition initiation to sourcing, to acceptance of offer and final placement).•    Sourcing, screening, Cold-calling and short-listing of resumes for the clients requirements•    Arranging the client interview and collecting the Feedbacks•    Sourcing candidate profiles in various Job portals like, Monster, LinkedIn, Naukri, Etc.•    Proficient in using other mode for acquiring profiles (Headhunting, Referencing, using other Social Networking Sites, Job Posting)•    Involve in weekly meetings with Account Managers and prepare weekly reports.•    Maintaining Candidate relationship and keep track of candidates in database
