Role & responsibilities

• Own hiring end to end across events, operations, sales, business development and design: sourcing on Naukri and LinkedIn, screening, scheduling interviews, closing offers and following up until joining
• Run smooth onboarding: offer and appointment letters, documentation, induction, and day-one setup
• Manage attendance, leave and expense records for a team that spends most of its time at venues and client sites, not at desks
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, plus PF, ESIC and PT compliance with our accountant
• Help set up HR processes and policies, including appraisals, an employee handbook, and exit formalities
• Work with our in-house tech team as we build HR workflows into our internal project platform
• Plan team engagement around a busy event calendar, so the team gets recognised and doesnt just get tired

Preferred candidate profile

• 2–4 years in HR, with real hands-on recruitment experience. Hiring volume matters to us more than designation.
• Experience hiring for sales, operations or field roles. Agency, hospitality or events background is a big plus.
• Working knowledge of payroll basics, PF/ESIC and statutory compliance
• Comfortable using Naukri Resdex and LinkedIn for active sourcing, not just posting and waiting
• Organised, discreet, quick on follow-ups, and confident speaking with candidates and founders alike
• Good with Excel and Google Sheets

Working hours: 10 am – 7 pm, Monday to Saturday.
