Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Hiring & Onboarding:

  Source and screen caregivers, schedule interviews, verify required documents, coordinate training, and maintain an updated candidate database.

• Coordination & Deployment:

  Manage caregiver availability, client assignments, shift schedules, attendance, leave, replacements, and timely reporting.

• Escalation Handling:

  Address caregiver and client complaints, coordinate urgent replacements, escalate safety or serious service issues, and track complaints through closure.

• Attendance & Duty Monitoring:

  Track duty hours, absences, overtime, leave, late reporting, and approved shift extensions; flag discrepancies to management.

• Salary Monitoring:

  Prepare caregiver-wise salary records, verify attendance and overtime, track pending payments and discrepancies, and coordinate timely processing with Accounts. Final payment approval remains with authorized management/accounts.

• Reporting & Records:

  Maintain recruitment, onboarding, deployment, attendance, salary, and escalation trackers; submit regular reports and protect confidential information.

Required Skills

• Graduate preferred; experience in HR, staffing, healthcare, homecare, or workforce coordination is an advantage.
• Strong communication, follow-up, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and urgent staffing requirements responsibly.
