Role & responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of SAP S/4 HANA and Salesforce platforms.

Oversee system configurations, updates, patches, and enhancements.

• Troubleshoot software issues and coordinate with technical teams for

resolution.

• Provide user support and training on internal systems.
• Ensure software compliance with security and operational standards.
• Document procedures, workflows, and known issues.
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers as needed
• Administration and support of ERP (SAP) and CRM systems.
• Managing software upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
• Handling user access management and security controls.
• Coordinating with external IT vendors and service providers.
• Providing technical troubleshooting and user training support.

Desired Technical Skill Sets

Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA modules (MM, SD, FI preferred).

• Experience in Salesforce administration.
• Understanding of ERP-CRM integration processes.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure preferred).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and IT governance.
