Position: Domestic Holiday Manager

1. Design and Plan Domestic Holiday Packages: Develop tailored travel itineraries aligned with client interests and budget.

2. Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand travel goals and provide expert advice.

3. Booking Management: Oversee accurate and timely booking of hotels, transport, activities, and sightseeing.

4. Vendor Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, transport providers, and tour operators.

5. Budget Handling: Prepare competitive, high-quality travel packages with clear pricing and value.

6. Customer Support: Provide consistent support before, during, and after the trip to ensure client satisfaction.

7. Crisis Management: Quickly address and resolve any travel-related disruptions or emergencies.

8. Documentation and Compliance: Manage travel documents, invoices, and ensure compliance with travel regulations.

9. Sales and Promotion: Drive sales by promoting travel products, add-ons, and seasonal packages.

10. Feedback and Improvement: Collect customer feedback and suggest continuous improvements in services.

QUALIFICATION

•Minimum 5 years of experience in domestic holiday planning 

or tour operations

•Degree in Tourism.
