Domestic Air and Surface - Assistant Sales Manager

We’re on the lookout for passionate and driven professionals for the following roles:
Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager / Senior Manager – Sales (Domestic Air Freight & Surface Freight)

Open Locations:

• Kolkata, Indore and Pune

What You’ll Do:

• Drive sales strategy & execution for D2D Domestic Air Freight and Surface Freight
• Identify and acquire new clients while nurturing existing relationships
• Lead the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Collaborate with operations & customer service for seamless delivery
• Track performance metrics and report revenue forecasts
• Maintain CRM records and support continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of sales experience in logistics (preferably Domestic Air Freight & Surface Freight)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
• Proficiency in CRM tools & Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-driven, strategic thinker, and a team player

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
