About this opportunity:
We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our Ericsson team as a Domain Support Specialist. This critical role belongs to our Managed Services department, directly contributing to our ongoing Ericsson Operations Engine projects. You will be at the forefront of tech-driven change, offering your specialist knowledge to guide the entire lifecycle of our projects. Whether we are in the Create, Sustain, or Evolve stages, your expertise will pave the way forward in your domain.
Key Skills:
Strong understanding of Computer Science/Information Systems & Telecom
Python and Shell scripting experience
Knowledge of Linux OS (Red Hat preferred)
Familiarity with PostgreSQL
Experience with Docker & Kubernetes
Optional: Java, ActiveMQ, Nagios (Monitoring tool)
Roles & Responsibilities:
End-to-end system architecture understanding and operational support
System health monitoring & improvement planning
Automation, scripting enhancements, and reporting (daily/weekly/monthly/adhoc)
Incident/problem analysis, RCA, and issue documentation
Release deployment, log analysis, and proactive troubleshooting
Interaction with business teams on daily operational issues
Creation/update of MOPs and adherence to SOP-based maintenance
Available for shift job across 24*7
Soft Skills:
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Self-driven, team-oriented, and able to work in matrix environments
Capable of supporting network solution development and presentations
