Job Description : Proven experience as CSR or as back office operation expert in life insurance Policy management, with 4+ years relevant experience. Experienced with experimenting and with testing new functionalities of life insurance policy administration systems Ability to document and troubleshoot errors Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, QC) and SQL - advantage Excellent communication skills Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude Life Insurance domain knowledge mandatory
