Retail Domain Specialist with over 10 years of expertise in retail systems, ERP platforms, and data engineering
The ideal candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our Data Integration Platform team, leading offshore DevOps and L3 support operations while driving innovation and efficiency across data pipelines

Required Skills Qualifications

-10+ years of experience in Retail domain with strong understanding of retail operations
Hands-on ERP knowledge
Strong Data Engineering expertise with proficiency in Databricks, Spark, and SQL
Deep knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data integration best practices
Proven leadership experience managing offshore DevOps and L3 support teams
Experience working with Product Managers to deliver integrated solutions
Agile/Scrum knowledge with practical experience in sprint planning and execution
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge technical and product teams
