Job Description

Dollar Universe Administrator

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain
Dollar Universe (DU)
environments across Windows, Unix/Linux platforms.
Manage scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of Dollar Universe jobs and sessions.
Ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability of DUAS infrastructure.
Perform daily health checks, proactively resolve incidents, and support job failures.
Develop and maintain scripts, policies, and procedures for automation.
Integrate Dollar Universe with other IT systems, applications, and middleware.
Manage security, access control, and audit compliance for DUAS environments.
Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver automation solutions.
Prepare documentation, runbooks, and operational guides for DU administration.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of
hands-on experience in Dollar Universe Administration.
Strong expertise in installation, configuration, and patch management of DU.
Solid experience in scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing batch workloads.
Knowledge of Unix/Linux shell scripting, Windows scripting, or PowerShell.
Familiarity with integration of DU with databases, ERP systems, and enterprise applications.
Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a global team environment.

Good to Have

Experience with
workload automation tools
(Control-M, Automic, Tidal, etc.) in addition to DU.
Experience in upgrading from legacy DU versions to the latest release.
