Job Summary: As a seasoned Tidal Admin/Scheduler with 5-7 years of hands-on experience, you will be responsible for managing Tidal and Control-M environments, job scheduling, system configuration, and troubleshooting. Your role will require strong expertise in AWS Cloud, ownership of production support (P1/P2), and a solid understanding of Unix/Windows systems. Must-Have Skills: - Tidal Admin: - 5-7 years of experience in Tidal Administration. - Strong experience in hosting Tidal on AWS Cloud. - Hands-on experience with AWS services: EC2, RDS, Load Balancers, NFS, Security Groups, Subnets, Networking. - Installation & configuration of Tidal Master on Unix, Tidal Client Manager on Unix, and Tidal Agents on Unix & Windows. - Troubleshooting issues related to Master/Client Manager/Agent. - Managing SSL for Client Manager. - Running SQL queries for operational monitoring and troubleshooting. - Effective handling of P1/P2 production issues. - Experience in vulnerability management and audit readiness. - Previous experience with Tidal environment migration. - Tidal Scheduling: - Designing, implementing, and managing batch processing workflows. - Managing complex job streams and dependencies using Tidal Enterprise Scheduler. - Creating and maintaining accurate documentation, including job dependencies and SOPs. - Scheduling workloads with impact analysis for planned downtimes. - Managing job restarts, reruns, and ensuring production job health. - Experience with Change Management and documentation during release cycles. - Control-M: - Hands-on experience in Control-M job scheduling and administration. - Familiarity with all phases of scheduling, including during maintenance windows.
