Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Weare seeking a full-time Documentation Specialist to join our team and contribute to preparing professional, accurate, and impactful documentation for a variety of projects and operations.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can manage documentation requirements efficiently and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative work environment.

Report Preparation

Collect and analyse data to generate clear, accurate, and well-structured reports.

Format and present reports professionally to meet stakeholder requirements.

Update and maintain existing reports as necessary. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Develop comprehensive SOPs for assembly, operations, training, and design documentation.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure SOPs are precise and practical.

Regularly review and update SOPs to reflect improvements or changes.

SWASTH AI Update

Manage and update content parameters on the SWASTH cloud-based platform to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Ensure all content aligns with SWASTH AI standards and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date content records.

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., technical writing, communications, business administration) or equivalent work experience.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Proven experience in creating reports, SOPs, manuals, and other technical documentation.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Proficiency in documentation tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, or SharePoint.

Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and adapt to dynamic project requirements.

Knowledge of project management principles is beneficial but not mandatory.
