Job Description

As a Documentation Executive for the Immigration Process at Aspire Square in Ahmedabad, your role will involve assisting with immigration procedures by handling and verifying documents, ensuring compliance with immigration laws, and providing seamless support to clients during their visa application process. Key Responsibilities: - Collect, verify, and process immigration-related documents for various visa categories. - Ensure all documentation meets immigration laws and regulations. - Maintain accurate records of client documents and application status. - Coordinate with clients to gather necessary paperwork and clarify requirements. - Assist in completing visa applications and preparing case files. - Collaborate with internal teams and external authorities for smooth processing. - Stay updated with evolving immigration policies and guidelines. - Address client inquiries regarding documentation and application procedures. - Ensure timely submission of applications and follow-ups with authorities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in any relevant field. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Excellent communication abilities in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred). - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Capability to efficiently manage multiple cases. - Knowledge of visa categories, documentation requirements, and immigration laws is advantageous.,
