Job Description

Implement data quality processes and procedures to ensure reliable and trustworthy data.
Design and build data pipelines to automate data movement and processing.
Develop and apply advanced analytical techniques, including machine learning and AI, to solve complex business problems.
Investigate and analyze data issues related to quality, lineage, controls, and authoritative source identification.
Manage and develop relationships with scoped BTB teams and upstream RTB teams.
Propose solutions to problems faced by the wider team.

Job Requirements

In-depth experience in managing and delivering a business reporting function, including detailed data analytics and designing reports.
Knowledge and experience of using and integrating Business Intelligence Tools (Alteryx, Tableau, SAP BO, POWER BI) with data management platforms like SQL, AWS Redshift, MongoDB using ODBC, API, ETL/ELT, etc.
Strong understanding of banking products and processes, particularly markets and trading.
Experience in data architecture and strategy development.
Ability to manage expectations and lead conversations with leadership on future requirements and performance of tools.
Strong technical skills, including risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital and technology.

Additional Info

The role requires previous experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and data architecture.
