Document Controller

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team in Pudukkottai. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational and communication skills, especially those with experience or knowledge in the automobile sector.

Key Highlights of the Role:

1. Must have basic product knowledge in automobiles (preferred industry background).

2. Good communication skills in both English and Tamil.

3. Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

4. Willingness to learn, adapt, and work independently.

5. Preference for male candidates, due to the nature of client coordination tasks.

Responsibilities:

* Assist in preparing and organizing client-related documents and files

* Draft and respond to professional emails on behalf of the company

* Coordinate with clients for updates, reminders, and follow-ups

* Maintain accurate records of communication and documentation

* Support internal teams with administrative and communication tasks

* Ensure timely and clear communication with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

* Qualification :Any degree

* Good verbal and written communication skills

* Basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

* Positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility

* Knowledge of automobile products is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
