Document Controller

Looking for Document controller for one of their Construction Project Management Consultancy (PMC) project in Mumbai.

The Scope of Work includes but not limited to following;

1. Use Electronic Documents Maintenance System (EDMS) designed for the project and manage / track all incoming / outgoing correspondence (drawings / documents) - soft copy as well as hard copy.2. Updating / maintaing Drawing register.3. Prepare / Update reports and issue to client on weekly as well as monthly basis.4. Issuing drawings and documents to pre-determined recipients and reports to client.5. Responsible to circulate soft as well as hard copy all submittals, Letters, RFI and Transmittals as received to concern department.6. Highlighting areas of concern to Department Seniors7. File Management System for All drawings in Hard Copy as well as Soft copy8. Issuing documents by Electronic Documents Maintenance systems9. Maintaining logs of all Inward & Outward into EXCEL & Data management System.10. Generate status reports / logs based on the tracking.11. To assist / participate in compilation of data / drawings / documents required by Client for various statutory permissions / NOC etc. as per project requirement.12. Assist and ensure smooth handing over of completed works along with all necessary documentation / O & M manuals etc. for successful closure of the project.13. All the related tasks that are required to complete.
