Job Summary

The Document Controller will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project-related documentation in line with company policies and procedures. The role involves handling technical drawings, reports, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely availability of documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control all project documentation, including technical drawings, reports, correspondence, and contracts.
• Ensure proper document numbering, version control, distribution, and archiving.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all incoming and outgoing documents.
• Support project teams in preparing, reviewing, and finalizing technical and administrative documents.
• Implement document control procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth document flow.
• Prepare and maintain document registers and logs for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
• Ensure confidentiality,accuracy, and integrity of all project documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education:

  B.E. in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent).

• Experience:

  Prior experience in document control within engineering or project-based environments.

• Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in document preparation, review, and formatting.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
