Automation Manager/Senior Automation Engineer

Job Description

Role & responsibilities : 1. Lead the team of Automation Engineers and trainees. 2. Work on Automation and semi Automation of plants and equipments. 3. Possess skills of Automation 4. Active participation during plant commissioning trials. 5. Lead customer services & onsite/offsite troubleshooting related to Automation 6. Making IO list as per P&ID and feeder details. 7. Technical discussion with supplier regarding PLC hardware/ software, SCADA software and 8. Require PC specifications for SCADA and co-ordinate with purchase department. 9. Checking BOM (with quotation from vendors) of PLC & MCC panel before final order to panel vender (Co-ordinate to purchase department). 10. Checking PLC & MCC panel drawing and give approval to panel vendor. 11. Checking instrument schedule as per P&ID with co-ordinate to design department. 12. Preparation electrical & instrument cable schedule according to instrument schedule, P&ID and feeder details. 13. PLC & SCADA program development as per process requirement. 14. Cold loop & and hot loop testing of PLC & MCC panel. 15. Motors and instruments testing through PLC & SCADA. 16. PLC & SCADA developed program like, Schneider ,GE-Fanuc commissioning on site. 17. Should have experience in DCS, Simatic. Tia Portal etc 18. Provide SCADA operating training to operators & supervisors of client. 19. Attend the site issues of PLC & SCADA program on Team Viewer or on site visit Preferred candidate profile :Preferably From: Process Industry like Edible Oil, Food Processing, Chemical, Beverage, and Water Treatment Required Skill 1) Preferably From: Process Industry like Edible Oil, Food Processing, Chemical, Beverage, and Water Treatment ,Automation Industry. 2) Good English Communication 3) PLC & SCADA programing and developmen t on Schneider ,GE Fanuc commissioning on site. 4) Ready to travel worldwide & Required Passport
