Company Description

Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College (SREC), situated in Coimbatore and established in 1994 under the auspices of SNR Sons Charitable Trust, is one of the trust's 17 esteemed institutions. SREC offers a comprehensive range of undergraduate programs in fields such as Aeronautical, Biomedical, Civil, Mechanical, Electronics and Communication, and others. Additionally, the college provides over seven specialized postgraduate programs in Engineering and Technology, including Manufacturing Engineering, Power Electronics and Drives, and Nanoscience and Technology, and an MBA. SREC operates autonomously and is dedicated to fostering academic excellence.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for pursuing doctoral degree. As a Doctoral Student, responsibilities will include conducting advanced research, preparing and presenting research papers, collaborating with faculty members on various projects, and participating in academic conferences and seminars. The candidate will also be expected to contribute to the development of new research proposals and projects within their field of study.

QualificationsMasters in Physics, Chemistry, Nanotechnology, Materials Science, Life Sciences, Biomedical, Mechanical, etc...Research and Analytical Skills: Proficiency in conducting advanced research, data analysis, and leveraging research methodologies.Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to prepare and present research papers, and proficiency in academic writing.Technical Knowledge: Knowledge in specialized fields corresponding to undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered by SREC, such as Engineering and Technology disciplines.Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with faculty members, peers, and participate effectively in academic conferences and seminars.Educational Qualifications: A master's degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution is required; experience in academic research is preferred.Experience in Teaching Assistance: Previous experience as a teaching assistant or similar role is a plus.Commitment to Academic Excellence: Demonstrated commitment to advancing knowledge and contributing to academic research and innovation.
