Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 Zoom consultations (20–30 mins) with warm leads
• Review basic health reports, symptoms, and lifestyle details
• Educate clients on FUME’s holistic health transformation methodology
• Support clients in setting achievable health goals and lifestyle changes
• Build trust, explain recommended next steps in simple terms
• Document accurate records of conversations and progress
• Collaborate with senior health coaches for escalations and guidance

Preferred Qualifications

• Final-year students or fresh graduates from

  BAMS, BHMS, BNYS, BPT, or related AYUSH/Allied healthcare programs

• Not open for candidates with 2+ years of experience
• Strong communication skills in

  English & Hindi

• Comfortable conducting video consultations (Zoom/Google Meet)
• Empathetic, confident, and client-facing personality
• Interest in lifestyle medicine, preventive healthcare, and holistic healing
• Must maintain a healthy & fit lifestyle in line with FUME’s values

Internship Structure:

• Duration:

  6 months
• Initial phase:

  Part-time

  (Preferably first half of the day)
• Later phase: transition into

  full-time role

  with PPO pathway
