Health Pre-Sales Consultant (Intern)

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 Zoom consultations (20–30 mins) with warm leads
• Review basic health reports, symptoms, and form submissions
• Communicate root-cause understanding in simple terms
• Build trust and explain recommended next steps clearly
• Maintain accurate records of all conversations and outcomes
• Collaborate with senior health coaches and support team for escalations

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in

  BHMS, BAMS, MBBS, BNYS, or other medical backgrounds

• Comfortable with online consultations (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
• Strong communication skills in

  English and Hindi

• Confident and empathetic in front-facing conversations
• Interest in lifestyle medicine, functional medicine, or preventive healthcare
• Ability to manage time, take notes, and follow structured consultation flows
