About the Role We’re looking for a Health Pre-Sales Consultant (Intern) to join our remote team at FUME , one of India’s fastest-growing wellness startups helping thousands reverse chronic lifestyle disorders naturally. This is a client-facing role where you’ll be the first point of contact in someone’s health journey. You will speak to leads who’ve shown interest after watching our training, understand their symptoms and goals, and guide them toward the most appropriate next step — which may involve recommending further consultation or a health program. This role is ideal for young doctors who want to apply their clinical knowledge in a fast-growing digital wellness company while gaining real-world experience in client handling, communication, and health consulting. Responsibilities Conduct 1:1 Zoom consultations (20–30 mins) with warm leads Review basic health reports, symptoms, and form submissions Communicate root-cause understanding in simple terms Build trust and explain recommended next steps clearly Maintain accurate records of all conversations and outcomes Collaborate with senior health coaches and support team for escalations Preferred Qualifications Degree in BHMS, BAMS, MBBS, BNYS, or other medical backgrounds Comfortable with online consultations (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) Strong communication skills in English and Hindi Confident and empathetic in front-facing conversations Interest in lifestyle medicine, functional medicine, or preventive healthcare Ability to manage time, take notes, and follow structured consultation flows Perks & Benefits Remote Work Mentorship from industry experts and senior health coaches Opportunity to grow into full-time roles post internship (PPO path) Work that genuinely impacts lives and contributes to India’s preventive healthcare movement Perks: Work from anywhere (Remote) Paid Internship with strong PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) potential. Job Description We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our Instagram account. This role involves creating engaging daily content, staying ahead of trends, and implementing strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand presence. Responsibilities Develop and execute Instagram growth strategies. Create and publish 1 high-quality reel per day (ideation, filming/editing, captions, hashtags, posting). Research and use trending sounds, hooks, and formats. Manage Instagram Stories, Highlights, and community engagement (DMs, comments). Provide weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations. Suggest and implement new ideas for organic growth and boosted campaigns. Qualifications Proven experience managing and growing Instagram accounts. Strong skills in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar). Understanding of Instagram algorithm and content trends. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Work Arrangement: Freelance/Retainer (Remote) Location: India Budget: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
