You will be working at Hansraj Logistics Pvt Ltd in Vashi as a Customer Service and Pricing personnel. In this role, you are expected to have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience. Your main responsibilities will include having a thorough knowledge of customer service and maintaining good relationships with shipping lines across all major ports of India for exports. Your tasks will involve obtaining rates from shipping lines for various destination ports and quoting these rates to clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining shipment records, as well as coordinating with shipping lines and clients regarding shipping line documents. The salary for this position ranges from 18000 to 25000, depending on your abilities, and is negotiable. In addition to the salary, a monthly travel pass will be provided.
