Job Purpose -

Role / Responsibilities

To conduct the line feasibility for new model, prepare list of new requirements. Taking trials and closure of Engineering Documents
To prepare the project plan & execution.
To prepare document as per Quality standards and procedures in agreement and alignment with respective department
Experience on working on Greenfield/Brown field Project
Selection of Machine, Equipment, Design Approval Process (DAP) & set up for new product. Understanding DFA(Design for Assembly)
Develop the assembly Line Jig, Fixture & gauges.
Making of PFD, PFMEA, CP and SOP and Ensuring Implementation at the shop floor
Process Design for the N302ew Products.
Layout design & Execution as per process requirement.
All line trial for assembly line for the new product development.
Line Balancing. Activity sheet development ,Understanding of SWC
Conducting process audits; reviewing existing processes and re-designing the same for enhancing operational efficiency.
Discuss with supplier for the requirement, Negotiation & Purchase.
Knowledge of Painting application on Engine.
Knowledge of Engine Testing -Application and Know-How
