DM - Digital Analytics

You will be joining Kohler as a Digital Analytics Manager, where your role will involve implementing and managing Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch across websites and mobile applications. Your key responsibilities will include owning the end-to-end tagging lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical tracking requirements, maintaining documentation for all implementations, ensuring data quality through manual QA and automated testing tools, setting up and troubleshooting third-party pixels, and delivering meaningful insights through various tools such as Adobe Workspace, Power BI, or Tableau. To excel in this role, you should have 9-12 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch, a strong understanding of data layers, tagging strategy, and implementation best practices, experience in independently managing end-to-end measurement implementations on enterprise-level digital properties, familiarity with JavaScript and HTML, skilled in QA with exposure to validation tools like Observpoint, strong cross-functional communication skills, and the ability to connect digital data with business KPIs. Nice to have skills include familiarity with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Target, working knowledge of third-party pixel management, and understanding of privacy compliance and consent management tools.
