Job Title: Django Report Developer

Location: Hyderabad (Preferred) / Remote

Experience: 5+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain dynamic reports using Jinja2 templating language and Django ORM.
Translate documented business requirements into accurate and insightful reports.
Implement best practices for report design, performance, and scalability.
Work independently in a Kanban-driven environment with daily stand-ups and progress tracking.
Identify trends, optimize report generation processes, and recommend improvements to the custom-built reporting system.
Collaborate with team members and leads to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code.
Provide and accept constructive feedback to continuously improve the team’s deliverables.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Jinja2 or similar templating languages.
Experience in other reporting frameworks such as Jasper Reports.
Proficiency in Object Relational Mapping (ORM) systems, particularly Django ORM.
Exposure to MySQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Bigtable, Apache Hadoop).
Familiarity with Payroll, Accounting, or Construction domains.
Active participation in open-source projects or technical communities.
