Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Execution:

    • Implement strategic sales plans developed by the Regional Business Manager to achieve divisional sales targets.
    • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges within the division.
  2. Team Leadership and Development:

    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of TBMs to ensure they achieve their sales targets.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations, periodical meetings, provide feedback, and support professional development initiatives for team members.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, doctors, distributors, and KOLs within the division.
    • Address doctors inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  4. Stockist Management:

    • Regularly coordinate with the stockists to ensure optimal stock availability supported by the data and prevent any shortages.
  5. Financial Management and Reporting:

    • Manage divisional budgets and resources effectively to optimise ROI and achieve financial targets.
    • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on divisional sales performance to the Regional Business Manager.
  6. Compliance and Quality Assurance:

    • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all business activities.
    • Uphold high standards of product quality, safety, and customer service within the division.

Candidate Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education:

    Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA) is advantageous.
  • Age criteria

    : 35 yrs
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2-4 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Skills:

    • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
    • Strong product knowledge.
